I have Lorenzo from 5th 3rd bank call me every morning at 8-8:30am to tell me I owe them money. I closed the account 2 months ago but they want close the account they say the manager will call me I don't know back but they don't. The man that calls me is very nasty. I tell him over and over and he refuses to listen. I don't know what else to do I guess I will have to get attorney! I don't know what the pissed off agreement is! Read more

They post-dated a withdrawal and held a deposit so my account would intentionally overdraft without ever showing a negative balance. Then they racked up $333 in OD fees, again, without the account ever been negative. Their customer service is horrible too. They lie so much to get you off the phone and then you get screwed over because of something they've said. I could write a novel about this horrible bank. I hope they go out of business. I... I have watched my son and his wife go through *** with Fifth Third Bank. They entered into a sales contract with a couple using Fifth Third bank for the loan. This couple was pre-approved for this loan. Closing was suppose to be in 45 days. My son and his wife found the home of their dreams and entered into a purchase agreement. They have spent money for an appraisal and inspection on the new home. Everything is good to go for closing in... Read more

Fifth Third Bank will not honor the Disability Insurance I purchased through them, which I am still paying. I just had complete knee replacement surgery and am out of work on disability. Fifth Third Bank keeps giving me the run around

called to ask about incersssed mortage payment, got transferred to automated call center never get anywere with thesee *** at 5th3rd wen will it ger better p.brian moore is is a little punk that is afraid to come out of the closet,, all unreachable. customer service is a joke a 2 year old can do better,all 5 3 bank is all a bunch of pusseys...its easier 2 hang up the call than deal with the customer..names dont mean *** complaine allllll u want... Car dealer sold my loan to them. I paid it off 3 yrs ago. 5th/3rd never released the lien. TX state law says they have 10 days to electronically release lien. Called the bank, finally got a human to speak to, who said, "Yes, we will release lien and send you a letter with VIN, original signature to take to Dept. of Motor Vehicles in 7-10 business days". Inconsistent policies, rude customer service. Holds funds for excessive time. Change in my checking perks...but Im expected to pay more fees. Lied to at branch then chastised by customer service. Do not bank here the employees are concerned only with their own agenda. Bank is not consistent with it's policies.

By far the worst experience we have dealt with. Poor customer service , blatant lies and cover up to the loan processor and essentially stole $400 of our money. Never in my life have I seen such incompetence !

Have talked to several people at 5/3 Old kent number is disconected, I have signed title. but now have to contact the original owner. Loan is from 12 years ago and they never got pay off letter from old Kent now 5/3. Wish me luck as I fear this is going to be a pending disaster. I have has trouble getting a hold of old owner. Will see if state of Michigan can help? OR it looks like I will be driving my boat illegally the rest of the summer.... Read more

The WORST bank. We only have an auto loan through them. Customer service stinks..ive been making payments over the phone due to my payment got lost in the mail.all the sudden i get a person to talk to. I cant get through to make a payment automaticly through the phone so now i have t pay an extra $15 to do so. Worst bank ever
