Insane overdraft fees and terrible customer service. I'm new to the whole banking world and adulting stuff. I've had more overdraft fees than my paycheck for the whole month. No one will help to resolve this or show a bit of sympathy. I sit on hold for over 10 minutes every time I call. Switching banks as soon as I get the chance !!
