I had an auto-payment arranged through the bank for my 5/3 credit/debit card.I received an automated call from 5/3, claiming that they did not receive payment on time.

I was given several options, and decided to transfer $26 from my checking to this account. Then I got a letter indicating a required doubled payment with a threat of notifying the credit bureau. This was on a Friday. I then transferred an additional $120 to the credit card acct.

The next day, I got a letter from them indicating that they lowered my credit limit, AND reported the incident to the credit bureau!Isn't that nice of them?
