FIfth Third Bank continues to be the worst customer service bank full of mistakes that take hours of their customers time to correct. They did not show my July payment, ( got a delinquent letter) when I sent in my receipt of payment made at one of their banks, they did some sort of "Monthly rent reversal" and then didn;t credit my Sept payment!!! On Sept 27th I spoke to James who told me a supervisor,Mandy, was suppose to call me in 2 days to tell me it was all corrected...gave my CELL phone ,,10 days later I had to call again...go through the LONGER BS wait on the phone ( as aways...never can get to anyone directly!!) for them to tell me it is all taken care of, they credited everything ( of course it was their fault) Tired of spending hours of time calling them to correct their mistakes!!
