Fifth Third Bank - Honda Financial double charged me causing overdraft

I had a company with automatic online bill pay charge me twice in one month, causing a massive overdraft fee that 5th 3rd claimed was my fault and wouldn’t help me at all. I had absolutely terrible customer service and called to close my account. This was apparently not done in a timely manner and another company was able to cash a check, causing me even more overdraft fees. This bank is terrible.

Fifth Third Bank - Worst bank ever

The employees are rude and get smart when you call. They are always late updating your information on your account. I wish I never opened a account with fifth third.
