Please I have a card number that some is using to make payments but I think it's a fraudulent act. If I provide the card numbers will you be able to verify if the said person is the actual owner of the card?

1 of 34 I have a northlane card through Delta faucet company (my employer).we are paid on a every two week basis and this past Friday 8-12-22 was our pay date.i tried several times to use my card and each time it's declined (absolutely embarrassing)! on the back of the card it has both northlane and you (fifth third bank) listed on it.I have contacted northlane several times in regards to my card not working and (please I mean no disrespect) I can not understand what they are saying,i get a completely different reason on what the issue is and how they are fixing it.its like they rush to end the call weather issus are fixed or not.
I need help to get my card useable please I live pay check to pay check and I currently have nothing in my house for food or supplies needed for day to day. I'm not looking for pitty or hand outs just help to get my pay. Thank you so very much.
